As the six clans of the Grasslands try to unite with their longtime Zexen foes, their mutual enemy--the Holy Kingdom of Harmonia--sets its sights on the Lizard Clan's Great Sky Cavern...and they'll resort to any means to achieve their objective! Though the Zexen and the Grasslanders each possess one of the Five True Elemental Runes, the Harmonians have the other three. Hugo, the new Flame Champion, must now face Luc in battle, but Luc has already defeated other Fire Bringers and stolen their runes.
